The Commission's Report, Review of the Statutes Drafting & Compilation Act 1920 (NZLC R107, 2009) presents the Commission's recommendations following its review of the Statutes Drafting and Compilation Act 1920, the legislation which established what is now called the Parliamentary Counsel Office.

Government response
The majority of the Commission's recommendations in R107 were implemented in the Legislation Act 2012.
No Government response was received. There is no requirement for the Government to present a formal response to a Commission report where it has accepted the Commission’s recommendations.
