Government response
Recommendations from Cross Border Insolvency: Should NZ Adopt the UNCITRAL Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency? (NZLC R52, 1999) were reflected in the Insolvency (Cross-border) Act 2006.
There was no requirement for the Government to present a formal response to Commission reports before April 2009.
